The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Comfy and clean rooms with great views. Convenient location near the port and beach. Good breakfast options and caring staff for families with young children.

The room was facing the mountain. In addition, free Wi-Fi was a plus.

Spent Xmas break at this hotel and it was a great choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal as it was just a few minutes' walk from the pier, making it easy for us to quickly check-in and unload our luggage. The room was cozy with comfortable beds and the view was breathtaking. Plus, the hotel provides free tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. One of the best aspects of our stay was how clean the room was. It was evident that the hotel staff takes hygiene seriously, which we appreciated.

That the soundproofing could have been better as we could hear some noise from adjacent rooms. the breakfast options were limited, which may be a disappointment for people who love having a large variety of food to choose from.

Great location, just a short walk from the port and a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering board games and free candies for the children. the small pool on the roof is a nice touch and the modern and clean rooms are quite comfortable.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Koh Samet. The location was perfect, right by the port but also just a short walk to the beach. This made it really convenient for exploring the area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were exactly what I needed, and the room I stayed in had a nice view. I also enjoyed the breakfast which was included. The value for money was great, and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that could be improved.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a lovely time. the biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is situated in the heart of the community so it's easy to take walks to convenience stores, restaurants or the beach. It was also great that we had a very clean and comfy bed, with the room being new and in excellent condition. the location was perfect, being so close to the pier made our entry to the place easier. the lights in the room are also a plus, with the bright day lights, warm evening lights for romantic moments and mosquito repellent light.

That the pool was too small for our liking and the first room we were given was also too tiny. when we requested a room change, they quickly obliged and gave us a better one at no extra cost.
